Field Service Reps

Our Field Service Reps (FSR) are the answer when you just can't figure out the problem.  If your FSR is unavailable, please feel free to contact any of our FSRs.

Before contacting an FSR, please review this Field Service Data document.  This will allow our FSRs to work more efficiently, which means getting you an answer quicker!

In order to provide customers more efficient warranty labor claims processing we have introduced and made available a Field Repair Invoice form that outlines the necessary information required to submit a labor claim to the Trane Company.

It is suggested that if you have a technical question regarding Communicating Systems, you check ou the Interactive Troubleshooting Guide for Communicating Systems on Comfortsite.  This program can be found by using the following path:

  1. Go to Comfortsite and log in.
  2. Click on Tech Support.
  3. Click on Trane Tools.
  4. Click on Interactive Troubleshooting Guide for Communicating Systems.

This programs takes a few minutes to load, so please be patient.  When it has loaded, click on the green arrow to begin.
